I like to think that overall I have been very good with Christmas Gift Shopping. I set my limits, and start looking months and months in advance, to avoid the last minute temptaions of toy overload. Max of 3 gifts per person, no more than 60 bucks per kid, so my christmas even with the larger family has not cost more than I planned. Two days before christmas, sitting alone in the clearance section of Sams Club, sat the toy I have wanted to get all season, knocked down in price by about 75%, and now it sits in our living room.
