Today, I am a little peeved at Disney World

We are heading down, once again to visit the mouse this fall. Like always we have arranged to stay at our DVC resort, AND we have a strong hope that Aunt Jenny's school schedule will work out that she will be able to go with us.
The dates we have chosen to go, just happen to be the opening weekend for the Food and Wine Festival, and for the 2nd year in a row they will be holding a Half-Marathon.

Chris is so exciting I can already hear the wheels turning as he plans the next 7 months of training.

And then we find out, the only transportation to this event will be to 4 of their resorts. Ours is not one of them.

Typically this wouldn't be an issue, because you can always catch a bus at Disney, but this particular even will start at 10PM and close down at 3AM. Thus walking the streets back to Disney Resorts are NOT an option, and renting a car to park overnight is ridiculous.

I am going to have to write a very ANGRY letter to the planning committee.

Here's to hoping that we can get into one of the walkable resorts, at the 7 month mark. (pessimistic me doesn't think it will happen)
