baked spaghetti squash

Lasagna out of a squash, talk about no carbing it. This Recipe here, was filling and not heavy, like a pasta version of it can be.

Papa thought it was more like a spaghetti than a lasagna. I kinda agree, but there is a few things that were really good, and will repeat in other dishes, like making my own sauce for this dish. A sweet basil tomato sauce, that was so much better than anything I have tasted from a jar. I always forget how much I used to like making my own sauce with my dad.

We aren't going to discuss the kid's reaction to this. They get their taste buds from the other side of the family.
